Scott is the Designated Broker of Black Rock Properties, LLC. While he was born in Denver, Colorado, Scott spent nearly all of his summers on beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene and has always considered Coeur d'Alene his home. Scott attended the University of San Diego where he earned his degree in Spanish with a minor in Business/Real Estate. After his graduation in 2007, Scott became a licensed Real Estate Broker and moved to Coeur d'Alene to pursue a career in real estate.
Scott is also a 2009 graduate from Gonzaga University with a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University and is expected to receive his doctorate by 2014. Scott specializes in waterfront and golf community luxury properties as well as development property in and around Coeur d'Alene.
